Sic et simpliciter: the Little Black Dress
Today I want to show you a preview of the new upcoming Golden Curvy20 tights, designed for curvy women.
Golden Curvy has a line that follow your figure with a special connection between the body width,thigh width and leg length.
I decided to put to the hardest test: I wore it with a stretch LBD, no accessories, nothing but the essentials.
And it passed the test!
I loved the reinforced area for better resistance to friction, but the thing I liked the most is the solft and comfort waist band, good to avoid the awful potbelly.
What else to say about the outfit? I’m a huge fan of the LBD, I believe it’s classy and timeless; I’m used to wear it in a plain way, because I’m sure it has the power to underline the value of those who wear it. This is my summer version, also worn on madisonplus.com.
It highlights without undressing.

Grazie a Golden Lady ho avuto la possibilità di testare in anteprima il nuovo collant Golden Curvy 20, studiato appositamente per vestire le curve. L’ho sottoposto alla prova più dura, quella del vestito aderente.
Niente orpelli, zero accessori, poco trucco, solo un tubino nero senza maniche, un paio di calze velate e delle décolleté dal tacco alto. Il rischio era massimo da più punti di vista, ma le Golden Curvy hanno egregiamente fatto il loro lavoro.
Sono sottili, 20 denari, ma con un rapporto fra larghezza del corpino, larghezza del girocoscia e lunghezza della gamba diverso dal collant classico, studiato per valorizzare senza infagottare le curve esuberanti. A parte l’ottima zona rinforzata per la resistenza allo sfregamento, ciò che ho trovato più utile è il cinturino morbido in vita, che mi permette di evitare gli antiestetici rotolini.
Quanto all’outfit poco resta da dire. Qualche giorno fa mi è capitato di riflettere sull’uso del Little Black Dress da parte di noi curvy blogger, grazie ad Ale di Verdementa Blog, che l’ha indossato qualche giorno fa spiegando anche la differenza fra LBD e tubino.
Io, l’avrete capito, amo il tubino nero, classico, elegante, senza tempo e mi piace indossarlo in purezza, senza aggiungere nulla, anzi togliendo tutto se non l’indispensabile. Forse ricorderete la versione estiva che ho indossato anche su Madison Plus.
Perché amo tanto il tubino? Perché è un capo discreto, che mette in luce senza scoprire. Può essere indossato da 1000 persone diverse e non sembrare mai lo stesso vestito. E voi che ne dite? Condividete la mia scelta minimale o preferite smorzare la seriosità del tubino con gli accessori?
